What is aldactone?!

Aldactone a diuretic and belongs to a subgroup of potassium-sparing diuretics, as well as an antagonist of aldosterone. Aldosterone accelerates the excretion of potassium and reduces the allocation of water and sodium. Using Aldaktona, naprtiv does not lead to a loss of potassium.
