Approximately 37,000 children in Russia are not primary education!

About 37 thousand children in Russia have no primary education, more than 22.5 thousand children are illiterate, said Wednesday at the Fifth Congress of the children’s ombudsman authorized the Presidential Council on Children’s Rights, Pavel Astakhov.

“In 2011, the non-learning identified 30 000 children aged 7 to 18 years” – said Astakhov.
